Since childhood, I struggled with body image issues, moving from anorexia to obesity and never quite feeling comfortable in my own skin. Sports were never my thing until 2014, when I faced the heart-wrenching possibility of losing my father to cancer. That’s when I started running. It was a revelation: sports became more than just exercise; it became my therapy, a way to push my limits, express my emotions, and reclaim my inner strength.

As I met and supported incredible women, especially moms, I was deeply moved by how motherhood could reshape their self-image. Balancing personal well-being with family responsibilities often made it difficult for them to pursue their health goals. I realised how crucial it was to offer them compassionate and personalised support to help them regain their confidence and thrive.

That’s why I dedicated myself to helping these amazing women. Understanding that time was often a major barrier, I developed a remote coaching approach. My goal is to show that with discipline and perseverance, achieving your wellness and fitness goals is possible—even from the comfort of your home.
